Stefano has already taken a bunch of time out of his supposed holiday
dealing with releases and whatnot for bug 83 and related problems with
podman.

In the hopes of keeping things moving while not imposing further on
his time, I'm setting a staging branch at:
    https://gitlab.com/dgibson/passt/-/tree/next?ref_type=heads

I plan to merge things which are reviewed and have passed some basic
tests.  So far, I included Laurent's patch re-arranging the TCP
buffers.
