We've now added the --nat-to-host or -H option to change the address that is NATted to the host loopback address coming from the guest. However, the tests don't currently exercise this option. This updates all the passt_in_ns / passt in pasta tests to use this option, with different nat-to-host addresses for the two layers of the environment.
